Performance

Propelling the 2024 Sierra HD Denali Ultimate forward is the available 6.6-liter Duramax Turbo Diesel that is mated with the Allison® 10-speed automatic to produce 470 horsepower and 975 lb.-ft. of torque. Compared to the last model year, low-end torque increases by 25 percent, and power and torque grow over the entire speed range. A more powerful turbo vane actuator and uprated valve springs improve engine braking.

Towing

In the 3500, towing impresses at 36,000 lbs. with the 2500 showing 22,500 lbs. of pulling power. You gain more control when trailering, thanks to enhanced exhaust brake performance and the latest trailering technologies.

The 2023 Sierra HD Denali Ultimate upgrades your ride with a luxurious Alpine Umber interior that features full-grain leather upholstery and plaited contrast stitching. You can power-customize the front seats in up to 16 ways and turn on the massage perk to soothe your tired body. Premium microsuede highlights the headliner, sun visors, and pillars.

Metal badging appears on the front seatbacks and center console lid as a laser etches a design on the surrounding Paldao Wood. Additional etching and embossing decorate the interior with topographical map patterns of Mt. Denali’s summit.

Exterior

To attract both attention and respect, the Denali Ultimate brightens your path with LED projector headlamps and signature lighting that shows animated sequences when you approach, unlock the truck, or use turn signals. Distinguishing the design are a unique signature Denali grille, GMC badging finished in Vader Chrome, unique fender badging, and a lower skid plate to shield the sensitive underbody.

The 20-inch Ultra-Bright Machined Aluminum wheels get High-Gloss Black accents. To make entering and exiting the cab easier, the assist steps are power-retractable and feature LED perimeter lighting and bright accents.

The six-function MultiPro™ Tailgate eases loading and unloading by providing a load stop that prevents long cargo from sliding out, a work surface for your blueprints and laptop, and a full-width step so you can access the bed contents more conveniently. The tailgate also contains a KICKER® Audio System, so that you enjoy your favorite tunes while you’re outside the pickup cab.
