We were on our way to a softball tournament in Waterloo and about 10 miles out a sensor warning came on about low tire pressure. Since the car drove well, we googled the closest Buick dealership. We drove to Community Buick GMC. We were met by the Service Advisor, Sammy Buser, who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It turned out to be likely a computer glitch. Because Sammy was so helpful I asked if they had any 2024 demos. He responded that they did in fact have one, but it was out on loan at the time. We played our tournament and when it was over called Sammy and asked about the Buick Enclave. He referred us to their salesperson Mike Aiello. Mike was very professional and customer friendly. As a result, we purchased the 2024 Buick Enclave. Their efficient processing got us on the road in a relatively short period of time! We did not plan on buying a vehicle, however, the excellence of both Sammy Buser and Mike Aiello resulted in our vehicle purchase!
