Steve did a great job. He was patient and very knowledgeable. What we really liked is that if he did not know something he willingly checked it out for the correct answer. In today's world of complex vehicles, no one can know it all. He did a nice job of showing us the operation of our new Enclave. Our delivery time was on schedule, in fact we were early and he was prepared. I appreciated the time he took to give us a tour of the dealership and introduce us to the service and parts department. The dealership was very clean and had a nice waiting room and good coffee and etc. A great salesman and a nice dealership. I expect the service department will also do a good job.

I was very pleased with the entire time of purchasing. Stephen wasn't pushy, and explained differences between my 2019 Acadia and the 2021. I told him that they didn't have a pencil sharp enough to get me to trade, but they did. I walked out that Saturday evening with a different vehicle, and am very well satisifed. I have a lot of appreciation for both Stephen and Ian. Neither one was in a hurry because we were close to closing time of 6 p.m. on a Saturday night. Thanks again to them.

We had a great experience at Community Buick GMC, it was worth the 2 hour drive from where we are from. David Bentley was very helpful, able to answer any questions that we had, and friendly. We liked that we didn't feel like were being pressured to purchase the vehicle. We were happy with what we got for our trade in as well. This was the greatest vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I found the vehicle online and was contacted immediately to start the process. Logan Peters was simply amazing and I cannot say enough good things about him. I live 2 hours from the dealership but we were able to get everything done over the phone, email and text. When I went to the dealership to make the deal and trade, I was in and out of there in an hour.
