I was very pleased with the entire time of purchasing. Stephen wasn't pushy, and explained differences between my 2019 Acadia and the 2021. I told him that they didn't have a pencil sharp enough to get me to trade, but they did. I walked out that Saturday evening with a different vehicle, and am very well satisifed. I have a lot of appreciation for both Stephen and Ian. Neither one was in a hurry because we were close to closing time of 6 p.m. on a Saturday night. Thanks again to them.

We had a great experience at Community Buick GMC, it was worth the 2 hour drive from where we are from. David Bentley was very helpful, able to answer any questions that we had, and friendly. We liked that we didn't feel like were being pressured to purchase the vehicle. We were happy with what we got for our trade in as well.
